The Conference Room has been created in a 130 square metres area. It's an air-conditioned room, with natural acoustics and a very good soundproofing. On the inside cultural events, business meetings, conventions and conferences can take place. A bright and refined Meeting Room is available on demand. It is close to the first one, and it can host up to ten people. It is equipped with all the necessary tools for an efficient and refined business meeting.

Location

Da Porto Hotel is 5 minutes far from the A4 highway exit “Vicenza Nord”, 10 minutes from Vicenza Airport and 8 from the Train Station. It has a strategic location, since it is easily reachable with the common means of transportation.

Room

The spacious room is suitable to host 100 - 120 people and it can also seat small groups for conventions with a scanty number of people. There are two types of arrangements, with or without tables, that seat 80 - 120 people respectively.

The simplicity of the room, the wood and the subtle colours of furnishings and finishes create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for every kind of event. The spacious areas allow the guests to have informal meetings apart from the main event.
